Our agency has posted about the horrible winter weather taking place in China right now. It is very possible that our Lucy may be from one of the affected provinces.
They are a legitimate not for profit agency only interested in the well being of the children. They are accepting donations to purchase bottles, blankets, water, food and medicine. I hope that Lucy is being taken care of and is warm right now along with all of the other children in China.

thinking about those babies and am sure they are being taken care of. we will pitch in and do our part too. please keep us updated if possible....cathy
