It is incredible what you are able to do when it is your child. You are proving that you are going to both be great parents. Especially if you can do this.:)

Oh the fun is just beginning! You'll be amazed at all the gross stuff, that would normally make you hurl, that a loving parent has to do sometimes for their child, like picking their nose for them, changing the ungodly stinky diaper or cleaning up puke. We'll have to keep a running bet as to how long John will stay upright after doing one of those dirty jobs! Still, you'll do it because you love Lucy and she knows it now. Lots of love to all of you,

Maria

prunes didn't work?:( Poor thing!(Both of you!) I've never had to do that before and I'm actually grossed out at the thought for you too john. I guess if the suppository works, you will get an extra credit class on some stinky diaper changin'! Love ya!

I am sure as time goes by you will realize that your primary job in life is the well being of Lucy. I am sure when you get deep into diapers, spitup, and vomit, that you will forget the suppository.
