Ok so we have been totally stressing because all day yesterday and the day before no #2 and only one time pee pee diaper-yes that's right one diaper change in two days!! So after thinking her kidneys are shutting down we were beside ourself. We gave her many bottles, water that she really did not want, watermelon, congee - all kinds of liquidy stuff, still nothing.
We just took her for a few laps around the lobby and this adorable little boy , younger than her was in split pants. It got us to wondering if she felt hindered in her pants and diaper that she is not used to. She either wore no bottoms or split pants her whole life. So we brought her up to the room to get her naked. Literally the second her bottoms were off she pee'd all over me- and we are talking a lot of it. pics will follow. off to buy her a potty , apparently she is used to sitting on a little one, so off to the insane 'walmart'- will explain more later if we make it back alive.

watch what will happen with the potty. You might have to get used to her using a potty and forget the diapers.(think no poopy diapers to change - how lucky is that) Tracy and I are thinking of you and can't wait to see you back in the states.
good news about the handage! surprized she didn't go in the bath with the water and all , being scared usually helps things along too @ now does the potty count as a carry on item stowed above or a personal item stowed under ?

Poor little Lucy. I'm so surprised she could hold it that long, even when sleeping. i will see how small pull up's come in. Please send pics asap and give that baby tons of kisses from us. We miss you guys so much and everyone at the hall was asking about you three and so excited.

I am not a mother, but if she would rather go in the potty and not in anything else, that just made your life easier and cheaper:)Now you know she can hold it a LONG time if need be. WOW. Wow! LUCKY! Maybe next month she can teach penny how to use the potty!:) I totally noticed her eyes were open a bit when she was sleeping but I didn't want to say anything!;) That is, of course, the cutest way to sleep!:) Love ya!
You won't forget this soon! I Googled "split pants" and found out what they are. She obviously has been trained not to go with pants on. Customs can be quite different. You will be at Daddy 102 soon.
